When purchasing my items, please consider these terms and conditions, thankyou.

RESELLING

Please do not buy and resell my products. These are all handmade by me (however the designs/charms are not designed or made by me) - but some are hand-drilled and it would seem disrespectful to resell my work.

SHIPPING POLICY

Once I have shipped the item, it is no longer my responsibility therefore if the item breaks it is out of my hands. I do make as much protection as possible for the stud earrings or lip oils etc. If your item hasn't arrived and you have made sure to supply me to the correct address, please feel free to contact me so I can see if i can resolve the issue. Aswell as this, if you are ordering a product such as cosmetics please note that the product could look slightly different from how it looks on the website and the label could of been redesigned or changed to better suit the product.

REFUND AND RETURNS

Due to COVID-19 I am taking many precautions to make sure my products are sanitised therefore, my items are NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
